专利说明:
FIELD OF THE INVENTION [001] The embodiments of the present invention refer to razor blade cartridges and to shavers that have such razor blade cartridges. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION [002] In particular, the present invention deals with a razor blade cartridge comprising: a housing that extends along a longitudinal axis, which has an upper side, a lower side opposite the upper side and a first and a second second longitudinal sides, each extending longitudinally along the longitudinal axis between the upper and lower sides, which housing is provided with a through hole that extends transversely to the longitudinal axis through the housing between the upper side and the lower side , at least one cutting blade mounted in the housing between the first and the second longitudinal sides, and which has a cutting edge that extends along the longitudinal axis, with a clip retaining at least one cutting blade in the housing and having a first leg, a second leg and a clip body that extends between the first and the second leg. [003] A through hole is neither a groove nor a crack. The through hole of the housing is an opening that passes through the housing from the upper side of the housing to the lower side of the housing and that is completely surrounded by the material when viewed from the upper side or a cross section. [004] U.S. patent no. 8,286,354 describes a razor that has two clips, and each clip comprises a pair of legs that extend through a pair of through holes provided in the housing. The two pairs of through holes in the housing require major structural modifications to the known cartridge housing. In addition, mounting the clip can be difficult. In fact, during the manufacturing process, the two losses in the clip must correspond to two different through holes, which requires strict tolerances to be applied to the clip and through holes. [005] U.S. patent no. 4,270,268 describes a cartridge that has a clip that holds at least one blade. The clip described in the U.S. patent no. 4,270,268 surrounds the housing and is received at least in the slots provided for in the housing. The installation of this clip is easy, since it surrounds the housing. However, such a clip is easily movable and can be removed unintentionally by a user during the shaving operation. In fact, when the clips are removed, the blades are not retained in the housing and move freely. [006] Several solutions have been used to avoid such inconveniences. [007] WO9610473 describes a cartridge that has a clip that is wrapped around the housing. Means are disposed adjacent to the end portions of the clip. The means inhibit the movement of the end portions of the clip in relation to the housing in a transverse direction to the longitudinal direction of the blade in order to prevent the end portions of the clip from separating from one another. Such means are an improvement. However, the risk of unintentionally removing the clip still exists. Furthermore, the assembly of such a clip can be difficult, since the means of inhibition have to adapt to the complementary portions in the housing. [008] WO9717174 describes a razor cartridge with a clip that is forced through two openings. More particularly, each clip leg extends through an opening in the razor blade cartridge. This arrangement allows the clip to be held securely in place. However, it has several requirements in relation to assembly and requires important structural changes to the housing of known cartridges. [009] To avoid complicated assembly, wo9955499 describes a cartridge that has an annular clip with two legs that cooperate with two recesses in the housing in order to retain clip. [010] However, the ring clip lowers the shaving surface, which is the active surface during shaving. [011] The modes of the present invention are intended to alleviate the drawbacks discussed above. DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [012] For that purpose, according to an embodiment, such a razor blade cartridge is characterized by the fact that a first leg of the clip surrounds a first longitudinal side and at least a portion of the lower side of the housing, and the second leg of the clip is received in a through hole. [013] With these characteristics, the blades are securely retained in the housing, without lowering the shaving surface (also called “shaving window” in English). The clip leg received in the through hole allows the clip to be held securely in the housing. The clip leg that surrounds the housing allows easy assembly of the clip. The clip provided to retain the blades does not require significant structural modification of the existing housing and is easily mounted on the housing without causing tension to the clip which could cause the clip to withstand the forces encountered during the shaving operation. The embodiments of the present invention disclosed in this application are distinct from those of U.S. patent no. 8,286,354, which requires two pairs of openings that extend through the top surface housing to the bottom surface, with each pair of openings having an opening in front of the cutting edge and an opening behind the cutting edge, and a pair of clips spaced each having a pair of legs extending through the corresponding pair of openings. The present invention requires only one through hole on each side of the blade assembly for a clip leg to pass through; the second leg of the clip passes around the body of the cartridge. [014] In certain embodiments, the person skilled in the art may also use one or more of the following characteristics: - the body of the clip extends along a transverse axis, the transverse axis being orthogonal to the longitudinal axis, and the clip body is arranged in front of the upper side of the blade cartridge; the position of the clip allows for a large shaving surface to produce an aesthetic cartridge, and the clip is easy to assemble; - the second leg of the clip is folded over at least a portion of the underside; the folded portion provides a second maintenance area for the clip, which leads to robust assembly and minimizes the risk of unintentional disassembly of the clip; - the first leg of the clip comprises a hook, the bottom side of the housing comprises a recess, and the hook cooperates with the recess; the hook and the recess cooperate with each other to ensure the retention of the first leg of the clip in the housing; the lower side comprises a support portion extending outwardly beyond the portions of the adjacent surface on one side of the support portion, and one between the first and second legs of the clip has a portion which is folded over the portion support; the support portion allows the clip leg to be easily bent and retain the clip; - the bottom side comprises a first and a second support portion, and each support portion extends outwardly beyond the adjacent surface portions of one side of said support portion, the first leg of the clip being folded over the first support portion, and the second leg of the clip is folded over the second support portion; the support portion allows the clip's leg to be bent; - the housing defines a cutout, and the first leg of the clip surrounds the cutout; the clip does not protrude beyond the housing (in other words, the clip is fully integrated into the housing), which allows you to shave without discomfort; - the housing comprises a protection bar and a rear cover, the protection bar is in front of the blade edge and the rear cover is behind the edge of the blade, and in which the through hole is arranged or is adjacent to the protection bar; the protection bar can, for example, be manufactured directly as the through hole; - the first leg of the clip surrounds the first longitudinal side of the housing behind the edge of the blade; - the housing comprises a protection bar and a rear cover, the protection bar is in front of the edge of the blade and the rear cover is behind the edge of the blade, and in which the through hole is arranged in or adjacent to the rear cover; - the razor blade cartridge is provided with a second clip that holds at least one cutting blade in the housing, which second clip has a first leg, a second leg and a clip body that extends between the first and second legs, and a second leg of the second clip is received in a second through hole provided for in the housing and extending through the housing between the upper side and the lower side, and the first leg of the second clip surrounds the first longitudinal side of the housing and at least a portion of the bottom side of the housing; both clips retain the blades in the housing; - the back cover comprises a shaving aid, and the shaving aid extends along the longitudinal axis and is shorter in length than the cutting blade, and in which the shaving aid extends between the two clips; the clip does not limit the active surface of the shaving aid; - the protection bar extends along the longitudinal axis, and the protection bar is shorter in length than the cutting blade, and where the protection bar preferably extends between the two clips; the clip does not limit the active surface of the protection bar; - the lower side of the housing comprises a protuberance, which extends between a first and a second end of the clip; this protrusion prevents the assembly machine from disassembling the clip by mistake during removal. The protrusion makes disassembly more difficult. [015] The embodiments of the present invention also aim at a shaver comprising a handle and a razor blade cartridge as described above, and the razor blade cartridge is connected to the cable. [022] Figures 6a and 6b are perspective views of a razor blade cartridge according to a second embodiment of the present invention. [023] Figure 7 shows a perspective view of a shaver comprising a handle and a cartridge, according to the present invention. [024] Figures 8a to 8c show a schematic sectional view along the axis indicated by reference viii represented in figure 3 of a through hole that is provided in the housing respectively with a square section, a rectangular section and a circular section. [025] In the different figures, the same reference signs designate the same or similar elements. DESCRIPTION OF REALIZATIONS OF THE INVENTION [026] Figure 1 shows a razor cartridge 1 of a razor, a razor 3 whose blades 5 are not moved by a motor in relation to the razor blade cartridge. [027] As can be seen in figure 7, the razor blade cartridge 1 is attached to a cable 7 that extends in a cable direction between the proximal portion pp and the distal portion dp. The handle 7 can rotate in relation to the razor blade cartridge 1. In other embodiments, the handle can also be fixed in relation to the shaving cartridge. The cable direction can be curved or include one or more straight parts. The razor blade cartridge 1 can, for example, be disconnected from the shaver handle 7 via a lock and release mechanism. [028] As described in figures 1, 2 and 3, the razor blade cartridge 1 comprises a housing 9. The housing 9 extends along the longitudinal axis x-x. Viewed from above, the housing 9 has a general rectangular shape. However, in some embodiments, the general shape of the housing 9 may be different, and for example the housing 9 may have an oval shape. The housing 9 comprises an upper side 11, a lower side 13 opposite the upper side 11 and a first and a second longitudinal side 15, 17. For example, the lower side 13 is suitable to be arranged in front of the cable 7 whereas the upper side 11 is disposed in opposition to the cable 7. The upper side 11 and the lower side 13 can be parallel to each other. The first longitudinal side 15 extends along the longitudinal axis x-x. The second longitudinal side 17 and the first longitudinal side 15 face each other. The second longitudinal side 17 can be approximately parallel to the first longitudinal side 15, especially when the first and second longitudinal sides 15, 17 are flat. The second longitudinal side 17 also extends along the longitudinal axis x-x. The first and second longitudinal sides 15, 17 each extend in a lateral direction z along a lateral axis zz, between the upper side 11 and the lower side 13 of the housing 9. The first side 15 can be ahead or behind of the blade edge according to the embodiment. [029] The housing 9 can also comprise, as can be seen better in figure 2, a first and a second side sides that extend between the first and the second longitudinal sides 19, 21, along a transverse axis yy, the which transverse axis yy is, for example, orthogonal to the longitudinal axis xx and to the lateral axis zz. The first and second lateral sides 19, 21 are arranged, in the lateral direction z, between the upper side 11 and the lower side 13. The first and second lateral and longitudinal sides 15, 17, 19, 21 together form the outer surface of housing 9. The first and second side sides 19, 21 both join the longitudinal ends 23, 25 of the first and second longitudinal sides 15, 17. Similarly, the first and second longitudinal sides 15, 17 both join to the free ends 27, 29 of the first and second side sides 19, 21. [030] Housing 9 may be of plastic material. However, other materials can be used. The housing 9 may, for example, include, at the bottom side 13, a connection mechanism 31 suitable for connecting the cable 7. The connection mechanism 31 can thus allow the release and / or joining (fixing) of the cartridge. razor blade 1 to handle 7. [031] The housing 9 also comprises a blade that receives section 33, as shown in figure 2. The blade that receives section 33 or blade that receives area can have a general rectangular shape. The blade receiving section 33 is arranged on the upper side 11 of the housing 9. The blade receiving section 33 defines a recess and is suitable for receiving at least one cutting blade 35. In other words, the razor blade cartridge 1 it comprises at least one cutting blade 35 (also called blade in the rest of the description). As shown in figures 1, 2, 3 and 6, the razor blade cartridge 1 comprises three razor blades 35. However, in other embodiments, the razor blade cartridge 1 can comprise more or less than three razor blades 35, for example the razor blade cartridge 1 comprises five cutting blades 35, as illustrated in figure 4. The description below is made in relation to the figures representing the razor blade cartridge 1 comprising three or five cutting blades 35 However, as mentioned above, the number of cutting blades can be different. [032] Blades 35 are mounted in housing 9 on the blade receiving section 33 between the first and second longitudinal sides 15, 17 of the housing and between the first and second side sides 19, 21 of the housing 9. As shown in figures 1 , 2, 3 and 6 each blade 35 extends longitudinally along the longitudinal axis xx. Each cutting blade 35 comprises a first and second end 37, 39 along the longitudinal axis x-x. The first end 37 of the cutting blades 35 is directed to the first side side 19 of the housing 9, while the second end 39 of the cutting blade 35 is directed to the second side side 21 of the housing 9. Each cutting blade 35 comprises an edge cutting edge 41. The cutting edge 41 extends along the longitudinal axis xx. The cutting edge 41 of the cutting blade 35 is accessible at the upper side 11 of the housing 9 for cutting hair during shaving. [033] For example, the cutting blades 35 are l-shaped as shown in figures 2 and 3. The cutting blades 35 thus have a cutting edge portion 43, a guided portion 45, and a folded portion 47 that it is between the cutting edge portion 43 and the guided portion 45. The cutting edge portion 43 extends along an axis of the cutting edge portion. Advantageously, the axes of the cutting edge portion of all cutting blades 35 are positioned parallel to each other. [034] In one embodiment, each cutting blade 35 is freely mounted in housing 9, as can be seen better in figure 3. More precisely, the blades 35 are movably mounted on the blade receiving section 33. Each blade cutter 35 is, for example, supported (or carried) by two elastic fingers 49, 51. The elastic fingers 49, 51 can be molded with a single piece with the housing 9 and can extend on the blade receiving section 33 one in towards each other and upwards from both side sides 19, 21 of the housing 9. As shown in figure 3, the guided portions 45 of the cutting blades 35 are slidably guided in slots 53 provided in the housing 9. For example, the cutting blade 35 can be supported by a blade having its cutting edge 41 attached to a blade holder 57 comprising the guided portion 45 and the folded portion 47. In this case, the blade holder 57 is carried by the elastic fingers 49, 51. [035] However, in other embodiments (not shown in the figures) the blades can be folded blades, as described, for example, in patent application wo2013 / 050606. [036] Each cutting blade 35 is retained in the housing by a clip 55. [037] The clip 55, as shown in figure 5, comprises a first leg 59, a second leg 61 and a body of the clip 63. The body of the clip 63 comprises a first and a second end 65, 67. The first leg 59 of clip 55 extends the first end 65 of the body of clip 63 while a second leg 61 of clip 55 extends the second end 67 of the body of clip 63. The body of clip 63, the first leg 59 and the second leg 61 form a one-piece. [038] Figure 5 shows clip 55 before being mounted in housing 9. Clip 55 comprises a first and a second end 69, 71. The first end 69 of clip 55 is provided on the first leg 59. The second end 71 of clip 55 is provided on second leg 61. In other words, each leg 59, 61 extends to an end 69, 71. Before being mounted, clip 55 is preferably u-shaped. It can be made of a moldable material, for example, a thin sheet of suitable metal. However, other materials can be considered. The width "l" of the clip is preferably substantially constant along its length. In addition, as shown in figure 5, the thickness "ep" of clip 55 is preferably constant throughout its length. [039] In other embodiments, the width "l" and thickness "ep" of the clip can be variable. [040] As shown in figures 1 to 4 and 6 to 7, when assembled, the first leg 59 of clip 55 surrounds the first longitudinal side 15 of the housing 9 and at least a portion of the lower side 13 of the housing 9. In other words , the clip portion 55 is wrapped around the housing portion 9. [041] In another embodiment, as shown in Figure 4, the first leg 59 of the clip 55 comprises retaining means 73 suitable for cooperating with complementary means 75 provided in the housing 9 in order to prevent any movement of the first leg 59 in relation to to the housing 9. As can be seen better in Figure 4, for example, the first leg 59 of the clip 55 comprises a hook 77. The hook can be provided at the first end 69 of the first leg 59. As shown, the hook 77 comprises two anchoring portions 79, 81 extending on both sides of the first leg 59 of clip 55. Each anchoring portion 79, 81 cooperates with a complementary portion arranged on the lower side 13 of the housing 9. The lower side 13 of the housing 9 comprises , for example, a recess 83, which forms the complementary means 75. Thus, the hook 77 cooperates with the recess 83. More precisely, the recess 83 comprises two parts 83a, 83b, and each part receives one of the anchorage portions m 79, 81. [042] The first longitudinal side 15 can be provided with a cutout 85 or notch as shown in better figure 6. The first leg 59 of clip 55 surrounds cutout 85. Cutout 85 is a recess with a side edge of the accommodation. The cutout defines a recess in the 123 in the housing. More precisely, as shown, the cutout 85 passes around the housing 9 and is arranged on a common edge of the first longitudinal side 15 and the first and / or second side side 19, 21. The first leg 59 of the clip 55, which it is folded around the cutout, extends in an embodiment on the bottom side of the housing 13 and can be provided with the hook 77. [043] Alternatively or in addition to the cutout 85, the first longitudinal side 15 can be provided with a groove 87, as shown in figure 2. The groove 87 is a narrow groove or channel that extends into the housing without passing through the housing. More precisely, the groove 87 is arranged in a wall of the cutout 85. The first leg 59 of the clip 55 surrounds the first longitudinal side 15 extending in the groove 87. In other words, the first leg 59 of the clip 55 is received in the groove 87. [044] The lower side 13 of the housing 9 can also be provided with a groove 89, which extends the groove 87 of the first longitudinal side 15. The first leg 59 of the clip 55 extends in the groove 89 of the lower side. The "epg" thickness of the groove 87, 89 can be the same as the "ep" thickness of the clip 55. Thus, the first leg 59 of the clip 55 does not protrude out of the housing 9 from the groove 87, 89. [045] As shown in figure 3, the lower side 13 of the housing 9 can comprise a projecting portion, more precisely a support portion 91. The support portion 91 extends outwardly beyond the adjacent surface portions on one side of the support portion 91. The first leg 59 of clip 55 has a portion that is folded over support portion 91, as shown in figure 3. [046] The body of the clip 63 is arranged in front of the upper side 11 of the razor blade cartridge 1. More precisely, the body of the clip 63 is in front of the cutting edge 41 of the at least one cutting blade 35. To avoid any interference with shaving, the body of the clip 63 is disposed towards one of the longitudinal ends 37, 39 of the cutting blade 35. The body of the clip 63 extends along the transverse axis yy in its assembled position. [047] A second leg 61 of clip 55 is received in a through hole 93 provided in the housing 9. The through hole 93 extends transversely to the longitudinal axis xx along the lateral axis zz through the housing 9 between the upper side 11 and the bottom side 13. The through hole 93 is neither a slot nor a groove. The through hole 93 extends through the housing 9 and when viewed in a cross sectional view it is surrounded laterally by the housing material. As shown in figures 8a and 8c, the through hole can have a circular section or a square section. The through hole 93 may also have a rectangular section, as shown in figure 1 and figure 8b. The section of the through hole can be constant along the entire length of the through hole in the lateral z-z direction. However, in some embodiments, the section of the through hole 93 may vary in length along the lateral axis z-z. As shown in figure 3, the dimension along the transverse orifice yy of the through hole may decrease from the upper side 11 of the housing to the lower side 13 of the housing 9. The walls defining the through hole 93 can be straight in order to to facilitate the assembly of the second leg 61 of the clip 55 in the hole. In addition, the walls may be orthogonal to the shaving plane, which is defined as the plane that passes through the surfaces of the housing directly located in front of the cutting edge of the blade and behind the cutting edge of the blade. In another embodiment, the walls are at an angle to the shaving plane. For example, the angle between the walls and the shaving plane can be between 70 ° and 100 °. [048] The shape of the clip 55, and more particularly of the second leg 61 is complementary to the shape of the through hole 93 and can be different from the shape described above in relation to figure 5. Seen in a cross section, the shape of the clip can be rectangular, square, or oval. The longitudinal axis x-x and the lateral axis z-z are preferably orthogonal. The through hole 93 is as shown in figures 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6, separated from the blade receiving section 33. For example, the through hole 93 is arranged close to the first side side 19 and / or close to the second longitudinal side 17. More precisely, the through hole 93 is disposed between the second longitudinal side 17 and the section receiving the blade 33. [049] The second leg 61 of clip 55, which is received in the through hole 93, is folded around at least a portion of the lower side 13, as shown in figures 3 and 4. A second leg 61 of clip 55 can extends into the slot 95 provided on the bottom side 13 of the housing 9. For example, the slot 95 for the second leg 61 is in the continuity of the slot (s) 87, 89 for the first leg 59. [050] The lower side 13 of the housing 9 may comprise a second support portion 97 (or projecting portion). The second support portion 97 extends outwardly beyond the adjacent surface portions on one side of the second support portion 97. The second leg 61 of clip 55 has a portion that is folded over the second support portion 97, such as shows figure 3. [051] The second end 71 of clip 55, which corresponds to the free end of the second leg 61, is preferably tapered (substantially V-shaped). [052] The housing 9 may preferably comprise the protection bar 99 and the rear cover 101. The protection bar 99 is in front of the cutting edge 41. The protection bar 99 is located in front of the cutting edge 41. The rear cover 101 is located behind the cutting edge 41. In other words, the back cover 101 is behind the cutting edge 41. [053] The back cover 101 is preferably provided with a lubricating strip. In other words, the back cover 101 preferably comprises, as shown in Figure 1, a shaving aid aid member 103. The shaving aid member 103 extends along the longitudinal axis x-x. The shaving aid 103 is preferably the same length in the longitudinal direction x as the back cover 101, or is less than the length of the back cover 101. [054] As shown in figures 1, 2, 3 and 6, the razor blade cartridge 1 comprises a second clip 105. The second clip 105 is identical to the first clip 55. In other embodiments, the second clip 105 can be different from the first clip. The first clip 55 is disposed close to the first longitudinal end 23 of the at least one cutting blade 35 while the second clip is disposed close to the second longitudinal end 25 of the at least one cutting blade 35. The distance between the two clips 55, 105 is less than the length “l” of the cutting blade 35. The first and second clips 55, 105 each have a portion that is in front of the cutting blade 35. The portions of clips 55, 105 in the front of the cutting blade retain the blade cutting 35. The portion of the clips 55, 105 in front of the cutting blade 35 touches the cutting blade 35 when the blades are in a resting position (that is, when no external force is applied on the razor blade cartridge). In addition, the can comprise an aluminum alloy material. The blade may comprise an alloy steel material. The different materials between the blade and the clip increase the cathodic protection and the longevity of the blade. [055] The shape of the second clip 105 is similar to the shape of the first clip 55: the second clip 105 comprises a first leg 107, a second leg 109 and a body of clip 110 that extends between the first leg 107 and a second leg 109. [056] The first leg 107 of the second clip 105 surrounds the first longitudinal side 15. The first leg 107 of the second clip 105 can surround a second cutout 111 disposed on the first longitudinal side 15. [057] In the embodiment with two clips 55, 105, the housing 9, as shown in figures 1, 2, 3 and 6 comprises a second through hole 113. The second through hole 113 is similar to the through hole 93 described above (also called the first through hole 93). The second through hole is intended to receive the second leg 109 of the second clip 105. While the first through hole 93 is located towards the first side side 19, the second through hole is located towards the second side side 21. The second through hole 113 extends transversely to the longitudinal axis xx along the lateral axis zz through the housing 9 between the upper side 11 and the lower side 13. The second through hole 113 is, as shown in figures 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6, separated from the blade that receives section 33 and is separated from the first through hole 93. The distance between the first and second through hole 93, 113 in the longitudinal direction x is less than the length l of the cutting blade 35 in the direction longitudinal x. The first through hole 93 can be arranged close to the first side side 19 while the second through hole 113 can be arranged close to the second side side 21. [058] The second leg 109 of the second clip 105 is received in the second through hole 113. As mentioned above, the second through hole 113 is arranged close to the second longitudinal side 17. The first cutout 85 is arranged on the common edge 115 of the the first longitudinal side 15 and the first lateral side 19 while the second cutout 111 is arranged on the common edge of the first longitudinal side 17 and the second lateral side 21. [059] As for the first clip 55, the second leg 109 of the second clip 105, which is received in the second through hole 113, is folded around at least a portion of the lower side 13, as shown in figures 3 and 4 The second leg 109 of the second clip 105 can be extended into the groove 117 provided on the bottom side 13 of the housing 9. For example, the groove 117 for the second leg 109 of the second clip 105 is in continuity with the groove 119 arranged in the housing 9 for the first leg 107 of the second clip 105. The groove 119 extends on the first longitudinal side 15. [060] The lower side 13 of the housing 9 may comprise a support portion 121 (or projecting portion) arranged to receive a portion of the second leg 109 of the second clip 105 which is folded over said support portion 121. [061] The second end of the second clip 105, which corresponds to the free end of the second leg, can be conical (roughly V-shaped). [062] The razor blade cartridge 1 comprises a flat pm half orthogonal to the longitudinal axis xx, as shown in figure 1. The pm flat extends the same distance between the first and second side sides 19, 21. The pm plane can form a symmetrical plane of the razor blade cartridge 1. [063] In a first embodiment, shown in figures 1, 2 and 3, the first through hole 93 is disposed in front of the cutting blades 35; more precisely, the first through hole 93 is arranged or is adjacent to the protection bar 99 when it exists. The protection bar 99 is at or near the second longitudinal side 17. The rear cover 101 is thus preferably at or near the first longitudinal side 15. The first leg 59 of the first clip 55 surrounds the rear cover 101. [064] The second through hole 113 is also disposed on or adjacent to the protection bar 99. The first leg 107 of the second clip 105 surrounds the rear cover 101. [065] As shown in figures 1, 2 and 3, the first and second cutouts 85, 111 are arranged at each free end of the rear cover 101 and / or the shaving aid 103. In other words, between both cutouts 85, 111 then extend the back cover 101 and / or the shaving aid 103. The shaving aid 103 is, in this case, smaller in length than the cutting blade 35. The back cover 101 and / or the shaving aid 103 thus extends between the two clips 55, 105. [066] In a second embodiment, shown in figure 6a and figure 6b, the first through hole 93 is disposed behind the cutting blade 35; more precisely, the first through hole 93 is disposed on or adjacent to the back cover 101 when it exists. The back cover 101 is then preferably on or near the second longitudinal side 17. The first leg 59 of the first clip 55 surrounds the protection bar 99. The second through hole 113 is also disposed on or adjacent to the back cover 101. The first leg 107 of the second clip 105 surrounds the back cover 101. As shown in figure 6, the first and second cutouts 85, 111 are then arranged at each free end of the protection bar 99. In other words, the protection bar 99 then extends between both cutouts 85, 111. protection bar 99 is then shorter in length than at least one cutting blade 35. protection bar 99 extends between the two clips 55, 105. The protection bar 99 is shorter in length than the cutting blade 35. [067] In other embodiments (not shown), the first through hole 93 may be disposed on or adjacent to the protection bar 99, while the second through hole 113 is disposed on or adjacent to the back cover 101. Thus, the the second leg 61 of the first clip 55 is received in the first through hole 93 disposed on or adjacent to the protection bar 99, while the first leg 59 of the first clip 55 surrounds the first longitudinal side 15 provided on the side of the back cover 101. A the second leg 109 of the second clip 105 is received in the second through hole 113 disposed on or adjacent to the back cover 101, while the first leg 107 of the second clip 105 surrounds the first longitudinal side 15 provided on the side of the protection bar 101. [068] Clips 55, 105 can be mounted in housing 9 by a system for making clip-housing assemblies with, for example, the following steps: - supply clip 55, 105, made of a moldable material, - assemble the clip 55, 105 in the housing placing the first leg 59, 107 on the first longitudinal side 15 of the housing 9 and the second leg 61, 109 on the second longitudinal side 17 of the housing 9, - deform the first and second legs 59, 107, 61, 109 to cooperate with the bottom side 13 of the housing 9 to keep the cutting blade 35 inside the housing 9 (and more precisely inside the blade receiving section 33). [069] The first and second legs 59, 107, 61, 109 can be deformed with a bending tool that comprises mounting clips (not shown) that bend the clip legs in the correct position. [070] The lower part of the housing 9 can also comprise, in one embodiment, a protuberance, 125. The protuberance 125 extends along the longitudinal axis xx and is provided substantially in the middle of the lower side 13 of the housing 9. The protuberance protrudes from the bottom of the housing 9 along the lateral axis zz. In a mounted position of clip 55, the first end 37 of clip 55 is on one side of protrusion 125, while the second end 71 of clip is on the other side of protrusion 125. Protrusion 125 can advantageously protect clip 55 from clamps of assembly. In fact, once the legs of the clips are bent in their assembled position by the mounting claws, it may happen that the mounting clips accidentally grab the ends of the clip when moved away from or removed from the blade cartridge provided with the clip that can unfold the clip and result in scraping the entire head. The protrusion 125 does not allow the clamps to accidentally grasp the end of the clip in the removal movement, and thus the protrusion 125 maintains the position of the clip during the assembly steps. The lower horizontal plane of the protuberance is in a horizontal plane substantially similar to the lower section of each clip leg arranged at the bottom of the housing.
